Description:
A Trip is made of one or more deliveries. When a new delivery ready to ship and if it can be combined into existing vehicle route then it makes lot easier to plan the logistics.
Using ‘Assign Deliveries to trip’ functionality you can assign deliveries to an existing trip.
Navigation:
Shipping super user responsibility -> Shipping -> Shipping -> Transactions.
- Query the delivery/delivery line
- Go to delivery lines tab
- Select the delivery to assign to a trip.
- Select the ‘Assign to trip’ from ACTIONS drop down menu.
- Select the ‘trip’ number/name to which it must be assigned.
- Click ‘OK’
- Save the transaction.

Thanks for the information. When I try to Click on ‘Assign to Trip’ it is showing as grayed out.

which tab are you in? ‘Deliveries’ ? Only deliveries can be assigned to trip.
You must have selected the delivery before you can assign to trip.
