Oracle Logistics / Distribution 12 years, 8 months ago@nimje – there are so many dependent actions during ship confirm, oracle will not allow to reverse it. You gotta live with RMA process or if your business permits do miscellaneous receipt.

Oracle Logistics / Distribution 12 years, 8 months agomust be a very old system with lot of transactions. submit a service request (SR) with oracle.
