Transaction: Unfirming a Delivery

Description:
A delivery can be unfirmed to allow further changes. To lock/prevent changes you need to do a reverse action called ‘FIRM’.

Navigation:
Shipping super user responsibility -> Shipping -> Shipping -> Transactions.

• Query the delivery/delivery line
• Go to delivery lines tab
• Select the delivery to change the status to ‘UNFIRM’.
• Select ‘Unfirm’ from the ACTIONS drop down.
• Click ‘GO’
• Save the transaction.
