Navigation: Oracle Service Responsibility -> View -> Requests -> Submit a new request -> Select Single Request -> Click ‘OK’ -> Select Name of concurrent program / report.

Report Parameters:

  • p_cutoff_date : Contact Point created on or after this date will be upgraded
