Inventory org access only works at responsibility level. HR security profile can work at application, OU, inventory org and responsibility level.

On every concurrent request schedule screen there is a ‘auto increment dates’ check box, this will automatically increments the dates in parameters based on schedule frequency.

May be you can use some screen scraper tools that are available in the market.
