Qualifier setup controls who is eligible for what. Qualifier Group will let you combine multiple qualifier criteria into one.
Navigate to Oracle Pricing Manager responsibility -> Qualifier Setup

Example of a Qualifier Group:
Customer Class = High Tech
Order Value between $100,000 and $200,000
Customer Region = East Coast

Once qualifier group is defined it can be attached to Price Lists, Modifiers etc.

Multi-currency conversion pricelist is a new functionality that is available in R12. Historically separate price lists need to be maintained for each currency. If you customers are global and based on geographical location you are forced to maintain multiple price lists even though the list price is same.

Using this new R12 functionality, you can maintain single pricelist for multiple currencies.

Navigate to Oracle Pricing Manager responsibility -> Price Lists -> Multi-Currency Conversion.

Using the above screen you can maintain the multiple currency conversion rates for a base currency. Later you can attach this multi-currency list to multiple pricelist and agreements.

A General Services Agreement (GSA) price list is setup and used for United States Government customers. You shouldn’t sell to other commercial customers at a price that is lower than GSA price.

Navigate to Oracle Pricing Manager responsibility -> Price Lists -> GSA Pricing Setup

1 ) Select Type as ‘Discount List’

2 ) Enter the Currency

3 ) Go to Line level and enter modifier line information.

Setting up GSA list Qualifier:

Click on ‘List Qualifiers’ and setup Qualifier context and qualifier attribute.
