Transaction: Transfer delivery lines to cycle counting

Description:
Delivery lines can be transferred to cycle counting for counting and adjusting the inventory discripancies. You can do this action when you backorder a line or partial ship confirm a line.

Navigation:
Shipping super user responsibility -> Shipping -> Shipping -> Transactions

• Query the delivery/delivery line
• Go to the delivery line stab
• Select the ‘CYCLE COUNT’ as action from ACTIONS drop down menu.
• Click GO
• Save the transaction.

Transaction: Splitting delivery lines

Delivery Line can be split into multiple lines for various reasons, most common reason is

Navigation:
Shipping super user responsibility -> Shipping -> Shipping -> Transactions

• Query the delivery/delivery line
• Go to the delivery line stab
• Select the ‘SPLIT LINE’ as action from ACTIONS drop down menu.
• Click GO
• Save the transaction.

Transaction: Viewing the status of a delivery line

Delivery Line status gives the information of current status of delivery. It can be accessed and viewed sales order or from ship or from shipping transaction screen. Delivery line can have status of

• Not Applicable
• Not Ready to Release
• Ready to Release
• Released to Warehouse
• Planned for cross-docking
• Staged/Pick confirmed
• Backordered
• Shipped

• Query the delivery/delivery line
• Go to the delivery line stab
