Description:
Bill of Lading can be printed from Shipping transactions query manager for a delivery. Bill of Lading is one of the important document that is printed and sent along with goods to customer. Bill of Lading can also be printed in PDF format if XML publisher is enabled.

Navigation:
Shipping super user responsibility -> Shipping -> Shipping -> Transactions.

  • Query the delivery/delivery line
  • Go to delivery lines tab
  • Select the delivery for which bill of lading should be printed.
  • Select the ‘Print BOL’ from ACTIONS drop down menu.
  • Click ‘GO’
  • Save the transaction.

Document Sets can be printed at the time of pick release, ship confirm or any time manually from shipping transaction form. In this tutorial you will learn how to print document set for a delivery using shipping transactions form.

  • Query the delivery/delivery line
  • Go to delivery lines tab
  • Select the delivery for which documents to be printed.
  • Select the ‘Print Document Set’ from ACTIONS drop down menu.
  • Click ‘GO’
  • Save the transaction

Loading sequence determines the order in which items must be loaded into containers. Loading Sequence can be generated for a delivery from Shipping transactions query form.

Navigation:
Shipping super user responsibility -> Shipping -> Shipping -> Transactions.

  • Query the delivery/delivery line
  • Go to delivery lines tab
  • Select the lines for which loading sequence must be generated.
  • Select the ‘generate Loading Sequence’ from ACTIONS drop down menu.
  • Click ‘GO’
  • Save the transaction
