Trip Workflow Status

Description:
Workflow trip status screen displays the graphical workflow status of a trip. You must have Oracle Workflow module enabled and ‘Trip Workflow’ option must be enabled in shipping general parameters.

Ship Confirming a Trip

Description:

Ship Confirming a Trip is a final transaction to be done before material gets shipped. Usually no transaction can be done after ship confirm except tracking the shipment details. Delivery/trip/sales order everything will be closed upon ship confirmation.
Shipping transaction query manager can be used to ship confirm a trip. The person who is doing ship confirmation must have ship confirm privilege. While ship confirming you can ship the full quantity or partial quantity or backorder. You can also print the document set for the shipment/trip. Ship confirm can be done to a delivery or trip. If this is performed on a delivery that has no trip, then system auto generates the trip and trip stops and gets closed automatically when ship confirming a delivery is completed.
