Copy Inventory Organization

 

NAME: Copy Inventory Organization
SHORT CODE: INVISCOR
MODULE: Oracle Inventory

Description: Mass-generate new organizations from a model organization
Navigation: Oracle Inventory Responsibility -> View -> Requests -> Submit a new request -> Select Single Request -> Click ‘OK’ -> Select Name of concurrent program / report.

Report Parameters:

  • Model Organization : Source Organization
  • Group Code : Unique code used to indicate the group of new organizations that need to be created for the current run of the program
  • Assign to Existing Hierarchies : Denotes if new organization should be assigned to hierarchies of model organization
  • Copy Shipping Networks : Denotes if Shipping Networks data is to be copied
  • Copy Items : Denotes if Items are to be copied
  • Validate Items : Denotes if Items are to be validated before being copied
  • Copy BOM : Denotes if Bills of Materials are to be copied
  • Copy Routings : Denotes if Routings are to be copied
  • Purge : Denotes if interface data should be purged after the Concurrent Program completes
