Description: This Process imports data from CSS Legacy Interface table and populates the data into OSS PROFILE and FNAR tables
Navigation: Oracle Financial Aid Responsibility -> View -> Requests -> Submit a new request -> Select Single Request -> Click ‘OK’ -> Select Name of concurrent program / report.

Report Parameters:

• P_AWARD_YEAR : Award Year
• P_BATCH_NUM : Batch Number
• P_DELETE_FLAG : Delete the successfully imported records from the interface table

Description: Legacy – Make ISIR Active Process
Navigation: Oracle Financial Aid Responsibility -> View -> Requests -> Submit a new request -> Select Single Request -> Click ‘OK’ -> Select Name of concurrent program / report.

Report Parameters:

• P_AWARD_YEAR : Award Year
• P_BATCH_NUM : Batch Number
• P_DELETE_FLAG : Value set will retrieve values Yes and No Based on the value of this parameter successful ISIR records that were made active will be deleted from the Active ISIR Interface table.
• P_UPD_IND : Value set will retrieve values Yes and No Based on the value of this parameter successful ISIR records that were made active will be updated in the Active ISIR Interface table.

NAME: Legacy – ISIR Import Process using CPS Data Files

MODULE: Oracle Financial Aid

Description: This Process imports CPS Flat Files data from Legacy Interface table and populates the data into OSS ISIR tables
Navigation: Oracle Financial Aid Responsibility -> View -> Requests -> Submit a new request -> Select Single Request -> Click ‘OK’ -> Select Name of concurrent program / report.
