Description: Concurrent program to extract expenses from GL Balances and populate the recoveries interface table.
Navigation: Oracle Property Manager Responsibility -> View -> Requests -> Submit a new request -> Select Single Request -> Click ‘OK’ -> Select Name of concurrent program / report.
Report Parameters:
- P_MAPPING_NAME : Name of expense account mapping
- P_LOC_CODE : Identifier of location associated with expense account mapping
- P_PROP_NAME : Name of property associated with expense account mapping
- P_SET_OF_BOOKS : Name of the ledger
- P_PERIOD_START : First period for which expenses should be extracted from General Ledger
- P_PERIOD_END : Last period for which expenses should be extracted from General Ledger
- P_BALANCE_TYPE : Flag indicating whether type of balance is actual or budget
- P_BALANCE_TYPE_HIDE :
- P_BUDGET_NAME : Name of the budget
- P_POPULATE_REC : Flag indicating whether expenses are imported into Oracle Property Manager automatically (Y or N)
