Navigation: Oracle Human Resources Responsibility -> View -> Requests -> Submit a new request -> Select Single Request -> Click ‘OK’ -> Select Name of concurrent program / report.

Report Parameters:

• P_PLAN_ID : Plan for which the Appraisal Summary is to be run
• P_APPRAISAL_PERIOD_ID : Appraisal period in the plan for which the Appraisal Summary is to be run
• P_EFFECTIVE_DATE : Effective Date
