Navigation: Oracle Financial Aid Responsibility -> View -> Requests -> Submit a new request -> Select Single Request -> Click ‘OK’ -> Select Name of concurrent program / report.

• P_RUN_MODE : Person Selection
• P_PERSID_GRP : Person Group
• P_BASE_ID : Person Number
