Description: MANAGER: Converts person into applicant whenever application has been ended and there are active applicant assignments.
Navigation: Oracle Human Resources Responsibility -> View -> Requests -> Submit a new request -> Select Single Request -> Click ‘OK’ -> Select Name of concurrent program / report.

Report Parameters:

• X_batch_size : Commit size
• X_Num_Workers : Number of threads
• p_process_ALL : Process all rows or a single application
• p_caller : Identifies the process submitting this request
• p_apl_id : Application ID to be processed
