Navigation: Oracle Grants Accounting Responsibility -> View -> Requests -> Submit a new request -> Select Single Request -> Click ‘OK’ -> Select Name of concurrent program / report.

Report Parameters:

• Organization Name : The Organization Name
• Award Number : The Award Number
• Award Name : The name of the Award
• Sponsor : The funding source which sponsors the award
• Principal Investigator : The primary person in charge of the award
• Award Status : Award Status
• Purpose : The purpose of the Award
• Start Date : The date on which the award starts being effective
• End Date : The date on which the award ends being effective
