Navigation: Oracle US Federal Human Resources Responsibility -> View -> Requests -> Submit a new request -> Select Single Request -> Click ‘OK’ -> Select Name of concurrent program / report.

  • PA_REQUEST_ID : Employee Name
  • USER_ID : User ID
  • SF50_FRONT_PAGE : Front Page
  • SF50_BACK_PAGE : Back Page
