Description: Create Rent Schedules and Payment Items
Navigation: Oracle Property Manager Responsibility -> View -> Requests -> Submit a new request -> Select Single Request -> Click ‘OK’ -> Select Name of concurrent program / report.

Report Parameters:

• P_LEASE_ID : Lease Id
• P_LEASE_CONTEXT : Lease Context
• P_CALLED_FROM : Called From
• P_TERM_ID : Term Id
• P_DUMMY_FOR_TERM_DT : Dummy for term date which is the 5th param in schedules_items()
• P_CALC_BATCH : Calculate Batch
• P_CUTOFF_DATE : Cutoff Date
• P_EXTEND_RI : Extend RI on Lease-Expansion
