Description: Extraction of expense lines from the interface table into expense and area class details
Navigation: Oracle Property Manager Responsibility -> View -> Requests -> Submit a new request -> Select Single Request -> Click ‘OK’ -> Select Name of concurrent program / report.

Report Parameters:

• Location Code : Location Identifier
• Property Code : Property Identifier
• As of Date : Date as of which expense and area class details are created
• Period Start Date : Date on which period starts
• Period End Date : Date on which period ends
• Currency Code : Identifier of currency used in the transaction
• Populate Expense Class Details : Flag indicating whether expense class details should be populated (Y or N)
• Populate Area Class Details : Flag indicating whether area class details should be populated (Y or N)
• Use Override Values : Flag indicating whether overrides made in expense class or area class details should be retained (Y or N)
• Recovery Expense Number : Unique number of recovery expense
• Called From : Flag indicating whether the concurrent program was called from the Submit Request window or from the user interface
