Description: Process to Archive/Purge Unassigned Forecast items
Navigation: Oracle Projects Responsibility -> View -> Requests -> Submit a new request -> Select Single Request -> Click ‘OK’ -> Select Name of concurrent program / report.

Report Parameters:

• p_txn_to_date : This indicate date till which unassigned Forecast Items will be archived/purged
• p_archive_flag : This parameter indicate whether the FI data needs to be archived also
