Navigation: Oracle Application Object Library Responsibility -> View -> Requests -> Submit a new request -> Select Single Request -> Click ‘OK’ -> Select Name of concurrent program / report.

Report Parameters:

• Requestor : User submitting the report
• Order By : The order the data is listed
• Enabled : Show Enabled Sequence Assignments
• As of Date : Enabled Assignments as of this date
• Sequence Name : List assignments for this sequence
• Application : Application Name
• Set of Books : Set of Books Short Name
• Category : Document Category
• Creation Method : Document Creation Method
