NAME: Purge Concurrent Request and/or Manager Data

Description: Purges Concurrent requests and/or Concurrent Manager data and log/output files
Navigation: Oracle Application Object Library Responsibility -> View -> Requests -> Submit a new request -> Select Single Request -> Click ‘OK’ -> Select Name of concurrent program / report.

Report Parameters:

• Entity : Type of data to purge. REQUEST, MANAGER or both ( ALL )
• Mode : Purge criteria, AGE of data or amount ( COUNT ) of data to retain
• Mode Value : Age in number of Days or Number of records to retain
• Oracle ID : Purge data associated with the named Oracle account
• User Name : Name of User, if data owned by a particular user has to be purged
• Responsibility Application : Responsibility’s Application
• Responsibility : Responsibility Name
• Program Application : Application name under which the program is registered
• Program : Concurrent Program Name for which data has to be purged
• Manager Application : Application under which the concurrent manager is registered
• Manager : Concurrent Manager Name
• Report : Value of this determines if a report of data purged will be generated or not
• Purge Other : Perform Additional Table Maintenance
