Navigation: Oracle Application Object Library Responsibility -> View -> Requests -> Submit a new request -> Select Single Request -> Click ‘OK’ -> Select Name of concurrent program / report.

Report Parameters:

• Mode : Mode is K for Key Flexfields
• Application Name : Short name of the application which owns the flexfield.
• ID Flex Name : Internal Code of the key flexfield.
• ID Flex Structure Name : Internal Structure Number of the key flexfield structure.
