NAME: Create Notifications

MODULE: Oracle Spares Management

Description: Creates notifications for parts which have a quantity level that requires action from planner.
Navigation: Oracle Spares Management Responsibility -> View -> Requests -> Submit a new request -> Select Single Request -> Click ‘OK’ -> Select Name of concurrent program / report.

Report Parameters:

• api_version : Version of api being called.
• organization_id : Organization identifier
