Navigation: Oracle Interaction Center Intelligence Responsibility -> View -> Requests -> Submit a new request -> Select Single Request -> Click ‘OK’ -> Select Name of concurrent program / report.

Report Parameters:

  • p_number_of_processes : Enter required number of processes
