Report Parameters:

• P_FILE_NAME : Name of File that holds the Taxable Benefits Data
• P_EFFECTIVE_DATE : Effective Date
• P_BUSINESS_GROUP_ID : Business Group ID
• P_DELIMITER : Delimiter that delimits fields in the file
• P_ACTION_IF_EXISTS : Which action needs to be taken when the element entry already exists
• P_DATE_EFFECTIVE_CHANGES : Type of Date Effective Change
• P_BATCH_NAME : Name used as Batch name by BEE
