Navigation: Oracle Asia / Pacific Localizations Responsibility -> View -> Requests -> Submit a new request -> Select Single Request -> Click ‘OK’ -> Select Name of concurrent program / report.

Report Parameters:

• Customer Name : Customer name for which the PAN needs to be updated
• Old PAN Number : Pan number which needs to be changed
• New PAN Number : Pan number which will be replaced with the old value
