Setup Navigation: Shipping super user responsibility -> Shipping -> Setup -> Define Exceptions.

Setup Description: Setting up shipping exceptions will help us in intelligently monitoring exceptions when occurred. Exceptions can be associated with events like pick release, packing, shipping etc. Oracle performs the exceptions check before completing the business event / transaction. If any matching exceptions found then the transaction will be on hold till exceptions resolved or released manually.

Enter the below details to create and exception:

• Exception name:
• Description:
• Exception Type:
• Exception behavior:
• Enabled
• Raise business event

Save the setup, by clicking ‘SAVE’ icon or navigating to File -> Save.
