Description: Adds a controller as a user to the BA during the initial refresh
Navigation: Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Responsibility -> View -> Requests -> Submit a new request -> Select Single Request -> Click ‘OK’ -> Select Name of concurrent program / report.
Report Parameters:
- business_area_id : Business Area ID
- creator_id : User ID of the user that created the BA
