Navigation: Oracle Service Responsibility -> View -> Requests -> Submit a new request -> Select Single Request -> Click ‘OK’ -> Select Name of concurrent program / report.

  1. Is there a way to use this program in a batch mode for a selective 10000 records of service request. Say If I store the Service Request Number in a temporary table and then pick 100 records per batch from this temporary table to purge the Service Request. Can you please provide the API details to use this in a Batch mode
