Delete Pricing Agreements

Pricing agreements can be deleted if they no longer required, but if pricing agreement is referenced in a sales order it cannot be deleted, instead its effective date can be changed to end date it.

Navigate to Oracle Pricing Manager responsibility -> Pricing Agreements

Navigate to top menu: View  -> Find
Select any one or multiple parameters to search existing pricing agreements.

Once you find the relevant pricing agreement

Navigate to top menu: View  -> Delete.

This action will delete the current pricing agreement that is opened. If there are any previous sales orders referenced by this pricing agreement then you will get error message.

Query Pricing Agreements

Pricing agreements query screen is used to query existing pricing agreements.

Navigate to Oracle Pricing Manager responsibility -> Pricing Agreements
Navigate to top menu: View  -> Find

Select any one or multiple parameters to search existing pricing agreements.

  • Agreement name
  • Agreement Number, Revision
  • Invoice To
  • Pricelist
  • Customer
  • Customer number
  • Agreement type
  • Contact person
  • Invoice contact
  • Sales Person

Click ‘ Find’ to see the matching pricing agreements.

Revise Pricing Agreements

Pricelist agreements are contractual agreements with your customers often for a long term of more than a year. When there is a need to revise arises from both parties (your organization or Customer) you can revise the existing pricing agreement and make a new revision.

Navigate to Oracle Pricing Manager responsibility -> Pricing Agreements

1 ) Query the current pricing agreement
2 ) Click ‘Create Revision’
3 ) Enter Revision number
4 ) Enter Revision date (default current date)
5 ) Enter Revision effectivity dates
6 ) Select Revision reason code
