Description: Plan assignment / de-assignment engine.
Navigation: Oracle Customer Care Responsibility -> View -> Requests -> Submit a new request -> Select Single Request -> Click ‘OK’ -> Select Name of concurrent program / report.

Report Parameters:

  • P_PLAN_ID : References Plan_Id in Csc_Plan_Headers_B
  • P_CHECK_ID : References Check_Id in Csc_Prof_Checks_B
  • P_PARTY_ID : References Party_Id in Hz_Parties
  • P_CUST_ACCOUNT_ID : References Cust_Account_Id in Hz_Cust_Accounts
