Hi,
We have following requirements for a multinational company (13000+ employees) in Noida for the below profiles:
S.No Position Experience
1. Technical Lead Oracle Apps 5-10 years
2. Functional Lead Oracle Apps (Projects) 5-10 yearsJob Description : Technical Lead Oracle Apps
– Techno-Functional expertise on Oracle Apps modules (any)
– 6 or more years of experience in Oracle Applications 11i and/or R12.
– Excellent knowledge of ERP project implementation life cycle with 3 or more years of implementation experience and or 2 or more years of Oracle EBS support experience.
– Strong knowledge in Oracle application extension/customizations, PL/SQL, SQL*PLUS, Forms 6i, Report 6i, Workflow, XML, SQL*LOADER, UNIX.
– Good understanding of Oracle Application System Administration.
– Knowledge of Oracle 11i data structure in the major modules mentioned above.
– Knowledge of standard Microsoft software applications, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio required.
– Candidate must possess good communication and troubleshooting skills overall.

– Team player
– Independent
– Ability to guide and lead team of 4-5 people.Desirable:
– Understanding of Oracle Application Implementation Methodology (AIM) is desired.
– Experience of working with overseas customers preferably in the UK/Europe/US
– Familiarity with CMMI processes

– Hands-on experience in implementation Projects on the Projects Modules:
o Project Accounting
o Project Billing
o Project Contracts– Experience in setups, identifying and documenting gaps and making recommendations to resolve gaps through solution design and/or process changes.
– Having a proper understand of standard documentation, such as MD050, BR100, TE020, TE040.
– Understanding of Oracle Application Implementation Methodology (AIM) is desired.
– Creating and executing test cases.Desirable:
– Contracts Services, General Ledger (GL), Account Receivables (AR), Order Management will be an added advantage.
– Understanding of other Oracle E-Business Suite modules and their integration with the Oracle Projects will be an added advantage.
– Experience in Oracle Applications 12i will be an added advantage.
– Experience of working with overseas customers preferably in the UK/Europe
– Familiarity with CMMI processesRemarks:
– Involvement in at least two complete lifecycle implementations.
– Experience configuring the E-Business Suite Projects applications to fit client business needs.
– Experience with business process design and change management very beneficial.
– Ability to work with end users and line-of-business managers to map Oracle applications standard processes to the business needs of the client.
– Knowledge or experience in multi org implementations and the impacts of multi org setups.
– Ability to work in a team environment or independently.
– Willingness and ability to travel.
