Designation : Oracle ERP Consultant

Job Description :

Ability to build, manage and faster a team-oriented environment.
Ability to work in a problem-solving environment.
Work in an information systems environment.
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
Additional knowledge in HR business is good.
Knowledge in Oracle Database and Development tools.
(Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Froms, Reports).
Proficiency with the functionality of the following Oracle ERP HRMS module: Core HRMS, Self Service, OLMS, iRecruitment, Payroll, SSHR, Advanced Benefits, Compensation Work Bench etc.
Knowledge of accounting flows in each module is required.
Knowledge of Technical Architecture of HRMS Modules.

Candidate should have working experience in the Techno functional area and should have at least 3 full cycle implementation with extensive experience in Oracle HRMS Modules (HR, Payroll, Self Service). And have the knowledge of other ERP Modules.
