Description:
LPN is an acronym for License Plate Number. LPN is a virtual entity of grouping together, often they could represent a physical box/container. Advantage of LPN is to do mass transactions. Once LPN is created any transaction performed on LPN automatically affects all the lines/good it holds thus avoid multiple transactions manually for each line.

LPN can have different statuses:

  • Staged/Pick Confirmed
  • Loaded to Dock
  • Loaded in Staging

LPN functionality is available only through Oracle Warehouse Management System (WMS) module.

Pick Release Delivery Lines from Shipping Transaction

Transaction: Pick Release delivery lines from shipping transaction

Description:
Pick Release can be performed from Pick release concurrent or scheduled pick release SRS or from shipping transactions form. In this tutorial you will learn how to pick release from shipping transactions form. Lines must not be pick released already to do this transaction.

Navigation:
Shipping super user responsibility -> Shipping -> Shipping -> Transactions

  • Query the delivery/delivery line
  • Select the delivery line(s) you want to pick release.
  • Select the ‘Launch Pick Release’ as action from ACTIONS drop down menu.
  • Click GO
  • Save the transaction.
