Description: Generate OTL Information types and corresponding structures from Elements and HRMS Flexfields
Navigation: Oracle Time and Labor Engine Responsibility -> View -> Requests -> Submit a new request -> Select Single Request -> Click ‘OK’ -> Select Name of concurrent program / report.

Report Parameters:

• P_UNDO : Do we wish to delete the created information where possible?
• P_ELEMENT_SET_ID : The Element Set Containing the Elements to generate the flex information
• P_EFFECTIVE_DATE : Effective date at which the process should run
• P_GENERATE_COST : Do we wish to generate the cost context
• P_GENERATE_GROUP : Do we wish to generate the group flexfield
• P_GENERATE_JOB : Do we wish to generate the job flexfield
• P_GENERATE_POS : Do we wish to generate the position flexfield
• P_GENERATE_PRJ : Do we wish to generate the expenditure items dff
• P_BUSINESS_GROUP_ID : Business group to override profile value if set incorrectly
• P_INCL_ABS_FLG : Do we wish to import absence information of elements to OTL
